I LOVE GYMNASTICS!!!

It's black! It's white!

Black and White! I love it. It gives a picture more simplicity while still capturing the moment. And yes that last one is supposed to be blurry. It's called bokeh. Bokeh (noun)-a Japanese term for the subjective aesthetic quality of out-of-focus areas of a photographic image. So yeah, no gray areas there.

Bear Country

I went to Big Bear with my neighbor/best friend/seventh grader, Catherine, a few weekends ago and we stayed at her Grandma's cabin on the lake. It was really fun and my dad let me borrow his camera. And guess what?!?!?! The last photo of Catherine swinging around a pole was chosen by the Jones Soda staff as a Staff Pick! For those of you who do not know what Jones Soda is, it's basically just a soda company and you send in your pictures and if they're cool enough they out them on a label and then thousands of Jones Sodas with your picture on them are sold everywhere. It's pretty sweet.

Hannah Bayby

This is Hannah Bay, and I think she is one of the most beautiful people I know. So we put her in my dress from Winter Formal last year and did a photo shoot. It was pretty fun except for the fact that I had to climb a tree for that last shot. I used the same Canon Digital Rebel XTI.
